Just a little bit about Calm. Bakery:

I started Lozbakes more than 10 years ago with a love of making pretty things and tasty cakes. Having gone on to work in various different kitchens during my hiatus from Lozbakes; learning many new things and meeting a lot of amazing people, I have returned with a new passion to offer beautiful designs with more ready availability for all, and more options ranging from cakes to bread to petite desserts.

Calm. is a collaboration with Grainbuds Sweets, a sister company developed with three talented friends who I earned along the way. Calm. is a combination of our initials. We share ideas, a space, and a dream.
